Welke Family Fund

As a member of the board of directors and a family member of the ancestry of the “Welke Family” who immigrated to Langenburg in the late 1880’s, I am very proud to announce the profits from a family reunion in August 2014, along with a generous donation from Orland Welke, we have started a new endowment fund “The Welke Family Fund”, in recognition of the history and contributions that this family has brought to the community of Langenburg.

The Welke family has a long history of supporting the community through participation on boards and committees to help make Langenburg a great place to live and visit.

With the fund the Welke Family is providing an opportunity to grow a fund which will provide financial support every year for the community of Langenburg into the future.
